Are we there yet?

Just like a child asks during a trip, are we there yet? And usually, the answer is "NO" otherwise, why would they ask? .....Well, we have come to that point in our journey TTC…..and yes, we ARE there…

After 5 failed IUI’s with Clomid, Femara, trigger shots…..Thousands spent on tests that reveal nothing wrong with either of us and just a wave of the hand that we have “Unexplained Infertility” we ARE there….

11 months of Acupuncture, Chinese Meds….news of the other 5 girls she is treating are all now pregnant…we ARE there…

Where are we? IVF…In Vitro Fertilization…

So, Friday, I contacted a clinic in MN…they have a satellite office in the town next to us, so that we won’t have to make the 3 hr round trip trek nearly as much….The IVF Coordinator got back to me in 5 mins (I emailed) I was super impressed and I hope her name being Ada is a good sign :). She said she’d send the paperwork via email, but I have yet to receive it….She said sometimes the secure docs don’t allow it to go through….I guess, I’ve waiting this long, what is a couple more days? I’ll email on Monday……well, that’s it, our BIG Announcement…

I’m excited, scared, worried, happy, everything all rolled into one… EEEEKKKKK!
